Stephanie Yuen – Publisher, Editor, Food, Wine & Travel Writer
Stephanie is a seasoned food & travel journalist for both English and Chinese print and online publications.  A self-taught chef and winner of cooking awards and recipe awards, Stephanie loves food and considers cooking as a ‘delicious therapy’. She has been regarded as the doyenne of Asian cuisine and the food culture ambassador.  Stephanie co-founded Chinese Restaurant  Awards and was the chair of the judging panel.

Stephanie hosted the very first food & wine Chinese radio show on CHMB AM1320 with wine columnist Henry Yuen.  She was the food journalist for CBC Radio and co-hosted many food-related segments for CBC-TV’s ‘Living Vancouver’ Show.

Besides appearing on TV, radio shows, and many other culinary events such as the Cooking Stage at BC Home Show, ‘Meet the Chef’ at Farmers’ Market, Stephanie also consults on food related projects and special events.  Her most recent involvement was to consult and co-host the ‘Chinese Dumpling – Xiao Long Bao’ episode on Food TV’s Glutton for Punishment.

Henry Yuen – Wine Editor, Food & Travel Writer

Henry is an accountant by trade but is a savvy food & wine lover who enjoys cooking and writing about the pleasure he finds in them, anywhere he may be.

Henry started writing about food & wine under an alias since 2000 for various Chinese publications including BC Wine Guide, Welcome Magazine, Double-8 Magazine and Best Choice Food Magazine, as well as Chinese websites. Henry co-hosted a very popular food, wine & travel show with Stephanie on CHMB AM1320. He also provides wine consultation to Chinese restaurants.

As the wine writer/editor for Welcome Magazine and Signature Dish Dining Guide and now this web-blog, he loves walking around with tasting note-book and his video camera these days.
