The doyenne of Asian cuisine, a media personality and a veteran journalist, Stephanie writes for many English and Chinese print and online publications. A frequent guest on radio and television shows such as CBC, CTV, Global TV and City TV, she is a regular Food & Travel columnist on Fairchild Radio AM1470.
A self-taught chef, Stephanie loves food and considers cooking a 'delicious and rewarding therapy'. Her multi-talented skills have gained her appointments as food culture ambassador, food and wine judge, and book author. An accountant by trade and a food & wine lover by nature, Henry enjoys exploring the many aspects of food and wine; and pairing them in a leisure but enthusiastic manner. He considers sharing his experience and tasting notes with fellow food and wine lovers one of the great pleasures in life.
Henry started writing about food & wine under an alias for various Chinese publications and co-hosted a Chinese language food, wine, travel and sports show with Stephanie for a major Chinese radio station. He now talks about wine on AM1470 Fairchild Radio and Fairchild TV. As the only bilingual (Chinese & English) wine columnist/blogger in BC, Henry also provides wine consultation to Asian restaurants and special events.
