Stephanie is a seasoned food & travel journalist for both English and Chinese print and online publications and a food columnist for CBC Radio (North by Northwest) and Fairchild Radio AM1470. A self-taught chef and winner of cooking awards and recipe awards, Stephanie loves food and considers cooking as a ‘delicious therapy’. She has been regarded as the doyenne of Asian cuisine and the food culture ambassador and judges both food and wine competitions regularly.

Henry Yuen – Wine & Travel Columnist/Blogger

Henry is an accountant by trade and a food & wine lover who enjoys cooking, exploring food & wine, writing and sharing the pleasures he finds in them, anywhere he may be.

Henry started writing about food & wine under an alias since the 90’s for various Chinese publications and co-hosted a Chinese language food, wine, travel and sports show with Stephanie for a major Chinese radio station. He now talks about wine & travel on AM1470 Fairchild Radio. The only bilingual (Chinese & English) wine columnist/blogger in BC, Henry also provides wine consultation to Asian restaurants and special events.
