Where to eat and have fun the rest of summer

Let’s rejoice! West coast summer is so devilishly enthralling, no matter how hard I try to stay put in front of the computer to do some work, I often find myself outdoor somehow!  Either inspecting the herbs, walking the dogs or gosh, even in the car going somewhere green or by the sea.  The other day, I ended up in Langleyat Krause Berry Farms, taking picture of the squash flowers and picking berries! Okay, I also bought a huge freshly-bake peach pie, a box of young beans, a bag of white potatoes and of course, berries!!  I say that is a day of work – hey,picking berries is sweating fun! It is also a good way to salute to our neighbours – the hardworking growers and farmers!

There are other ways for you to pay your tribute to these fine farms folks this August and September and at the same time, have gorgeous food and fun:  

 

Tomato Festival at Provence

Garlic Festival
