About Klippers Organics: A 40-acre certified organic farm in the Similkameen Valley, is helmed by husband-and-wife team Ken and Annamarie Klippenstein. They are pioneers in the organic farming industry, and firm believers that people in all communities should have access to clean, sustainable food. Klippers actively supports the environment by conserving water and energy, teaching young farmers about conservation practices, and providing customers with healthy produce through farmers markets and local restaurants.

Featuring winemaker Serge Laville of Spring Valley Vineyard for Originally hailing from France’s Côtes du Rhône region, where Laville studied with famed wine consultant Marie Laure Sylvester who has a minimalist approach to winemaking and an innate understanding of the processes that are required to create each unique taste.

 

Guests will enjoy five delicious courses, each paired with a wine from Chateau Ste. Michelle and Spring Valley Vineyard, including a red wine risotto, crispy-skin Fraser Valley duck breast with white asparagus, a char-broiled American eye of wagyu ribeye and a blood orange marmalade cheesecake.
