When: Now to April 30, Sundays through Thursdays
What: Five-course set menu showcasing Chef Valverde's unique approach to a variety of seafood focused dishes such as a Matane Shrimp Risotto, Aji Panca Glazed Sablefish, Cause Mixta and more, incorporating fresh and sustainable West Coast ingredients, while remaining true to Ancora’s popular Japanese-Peruvian roots.
Cost: $59/person, or $99/person including local BC wine pairings.

H Tasting Lounge, Vancouver’s new destination for weekend brunch, Sunday buffet, and an elegant tête-à-tête over weekday leisurely lunch with light or more indulgent menu items such as a selection of dim sums, handcrafted veal and pork meatball linguine infuse with flavours of Italy, an open-faced smoked salmon avocado baguette, or Asian quinoa power salad topped with ginger miso dressing. Is now serving Eastern and Western loose-leaf high tea to their gourmet line-ups.
What: Eastern or Western high tea service: Delicate jewelry boxes decorate the table, carrying mouth-watering Eastern and Western selections like “Kung Pao” lobster rolls, “Pekin” style duck wraps, macaron lollipops, candy floss and green tea panna cotta, while brimming golden teacups accompany. Guests can pair afternoon fare with one of the many Eastern and Western loose leaf selections, or upgrade to a hand-crafted bubbly cocktail. Sip on the Air Mail, served with Appleton Estate Reserve, lime juice, honey syrup, and champagne, or treat yourself to a classic Bellini.
